We are looking for an on-site developer with strong Flash AS 3.0 development skills to join our team. In particular we are looking for a developer who can build complex, multi-layered online flash applications and maintain a rich interactive user experience. Developer will need to troubleshoot assorted flash issues, be capable of auditing code and be able to implement best practices to deliver clean and scalable code. Developer will be called to architect large flash application sites and multi-task assorted projects, as well as provide consultation, expertise and mentoring of team members. Extreme attention to detail. Ability to work in a calm, productive manner under pressure and to communicate clearly with clients and production staff
What we expect:
- Expert/guru level of skills in AS3 skills, 3+ years experience
- Deep understanding of OOP and design patterns. Have proven experience working with Interfaces, Dynamic Classes
- Experience creating large framework sites
- Experience creating EPK sites
- Comfortable working with design patterns as well as more straight forward programming methods
- Expert level working with Flash’s built-in 3D, Away3D, PV3D
- Extensive experience with UML.
- Extensive experience with building UI’s
- Very familiar and skilled with Garbage Collection, removing event listeners, etc.
- Expert knowledge of greensock Tween libraries
- Comfortable working in Flash IDE, Flash Develop, Flash Builder
- Knowledgeable of image optimization for file size
- Strong php, html and CSS skills
- Expert level XML parsing and creating
- comfortable loading external assets
- understanding of crossdomain security issues
- Strong skills in server side technologies: php, amf, coldfusion, flash media server, Lamp, Wamp, knowledge of Tomcat a plus
