Heavenspot took on the challenge of pitching a global brand while having every step of the way documented by a TV crew in AMC’s The Pitch.

  1. San Francisco based SquareTrade is a worldwide leader in protection plans for electronics and was facing an awareness challenge. SquareTrade’s most loyal customers needed a rally cry and tools to spread the word.
  2. SquareTrade challenged Heavenspot to create a “huge disruptive idea” that sparked conversations amongst customers and fans.

By setting a course that expanded on the concept of happiness, Heavenspot created a social media campaign that included a set of social tools not only to share their real stories but to encourage others all while reinforcing the SquareTrade brand promise.
